1.Can we get a sample at first?
We can surely offer you samples, so you can check the quality at first, but the sample cost and shipment concerned will be on your charge.
2.What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?
If there is quanlity problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC Dept..will check the problem and give best solutions to you, namely replace some parts and fittings, etc. Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future.
